Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TelcoSec Research platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the platform.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to access the research materials for internal security research and education purposes. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- - Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit consent.
- - Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform.
- - Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on the TelcoSec platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties.
4. Responsible Disclosure
Researchers are encouraged to follow responsible disclosure practices when reporting vulnerabilities identified through our platform modules.
5. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellation
Paid access comes in two forms: a recurring subscription (billed monthly or annually, granting the tier of platform access selected at checkout) and à la carte ProLab access (a one-time payment granting a 30-day access window to a specific lab; purchasing again renews the window). All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor - TelcoSec never receives or stores your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account's billing portal (Profile → Billing); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us via the Contact page to request one. Where a refund or chargeback is granted, associated ProLab entitlements or subscription access are revoked. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
