Telecom security fails as a self-taught subject in a predictable way: people reach for the labs first, break something they cannot read, and conclude the protocol is the problem. The chain exists to stop that. Theory before tooling, tooling before an environment, an environment before anything is live, and a graded range only once the previous four hold.

It also explains the shape of the plans. The first three stages are free because a paywall in front of theory produces operators who cannot read a trace. What costs money is execution — a dedicated, isolated node running a real core for you — which is infrastructure rather than content.
